What? You haven’t read our Top 5 Reasons for loving apartment rentals? Have you been living under a rock? Go give it a dekko and come back to this write-up once we have thoroughly established our position as ‘those 2 apartment loving bunnies’ in your eyes 🙂
Now we have a soft spot for luxurious hotels but we reserve those for indulgent, relaxing holidays. We always go the apartment route on holidays where we intend to spend long periods of time exploring places and uncovering hidden gems. Flexibility, comfort, and independence are just a few things we love about apartment rentals.
Our recent road-trip to Spain was probably our most hectic holiday in a while. We spent large parts of the day exploring the Spanish countryside and all it has to offer and came back to our apartments only to sleep.
We stayed in 4 different apartments over a fortnight, but Heaven on Earth’s apartment in Valencia was our favourite.
We chose an apartment situated in a quiet residential district in Valencia. The apartment itself was well-furnished and clean to a fault. It included a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, large washroom, and 2 bedrooms. Towels and toiletries were plentiful.
The apartment was right opposite a large supermarket. The area had a number of tapas bars (no tourists here, only locals!) and we had loads of authentic Spanish meals there. The beach was a five-minute walk away
We have no hesitation in recommending Heaven on Earth apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Valencia. The manager (Pilar) is prompt and answered all our emails within minutes of receiving them. She took care of little details and made our stay a pleasant one.
We only wish we could’ve stayed longer 🙂
