Hair Care Routine for Hair Health
- 2 scoops of collagen each day – I usually just put a scoop of unflavoured collagen in my coffee or tea or dal or soup. Here are the ones I use & like:

- Massage scalp for 3-5 minutes each night while watching TV. And use this Scalp serum – amazing for both men and women. Vid uses it every day – I use it occasionally

- Rub 2 drops of oil at the ends of my hair each night. This keeps hair ends hydrated and has made the biggest difference. This is the one I like best for this

- 1 spoon of my seed mix each day- For the seed mix, lightly roast 100 gms each of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and black sesame seeds. Once they cool down – grind well, mix with powdered gur (optional) and keep in the fridge
- Try to eat protein rich foods at each meal
- I try to use as little heat and styling tools as possible on my hair
- Do it consistently for a few months to see a difference!
