Update: This giveaway is over now and the lucky winner was Eileen Darbon who will be celebrating her next birthday in Iceland 🙂 Thanks to all those who entered this giveaway and we promise to bring you more such opportunities in the near future. Cheers!
Can you guess the title of our most read post? Yep, it’s one titled Planning The Ultimate Road Trip in Iceland. We don’t blame you guys. We fell in love with Iceland the second we set foot in Reykjavik, Iceland’s bustling capital city. Just on our first two days in Iceland, we saw volcanoes, entire lagoons full of icebergs, and waterfalls like no other.
But it wasn’t just that. We stayed in stunning cottages, working farms, and guesthouses in Iceland. It’s only in Iceland that you would find accommodation, equipped with open-air hot tubs, in the middle of a lava field. We loved our stay with Icelandic Farm Holidays so much that we wrote an entire article on our favourite places to stay in Iceland.
We visited Iceland during the summer, so we missed seeing the Northern Lights. We didn’t think much about that till we saw the elusive Northern Lights in Finland earlier this year. They knocked our socks off, they truly did!!
Now combine all our favourite things Roadtrips, Iceland, and the Northern Lights. What do you get? A Northern Lights road trip in Iceland. Yep, you heard that right. We are giving 1 lucky winner the chance to win a trip of a lifetime in Iceland for 2 people.
We are so grateful for all the love and affection you shower on us. We’ve been blogging for over 2 years now but every one of your comments/tweets/messages makes us so happy even today. In fact, your feedback is the highlight of our job as bloggers. So we had to do something truly special for you guys before we left on our trip around the world 🙂 We’ve been working hard along with the guys over at Icelandic Farm Holidays and Arctic Adventures on putting a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience together for 1 lucky reader (and his/her +1). Are you ready to see sights like this one?
